Been attending classes since starting antenatal classes in 2013, which was the first time I’d tried Pilates. All the different classes I’ve attended over the years have been great, always excellent teachers. I’ve attended on zoom since the start of the pandemic, which has worked well - the studio setup means we can be seen so we can be told when we need to correct something or be encouraged when we are doing something well, and can see the moves being demonstrated clearly. Mixed ability classes are great as there are different options given so I can pick the correct level depending on how challenging the move is and how my body is feeling that day.
